hbmenu.nro 3.1

Hi all,

this is my setup :

sysNAND OFW 8.1.0
emuNAND CFW 8.1.0 SXOS BOOT 2.8
SD 128 GB Samsung EVO
sd:\switch\hbmenu.nro (3.0)

I have try to replace the 3.0 with the 3.1 one but at reboot the console stuck at Switch Logo, if I leave the 3.0 hbmenu.nro and i add in sd:\switch\hbmenu31.nro, i can boot and use the 3.0 in normal way and the 3.1 ran like normal app.

Can someone tell me why the latest hbmenu crash the switch at boot?

Put the hbmenu at the root of the sd card NOT in switch folder

No, doesn't, i have put the file hbmenu.nro (the 3.1 one) in sd:\ by usb connection, when i go to the gallery i have the hbmenu 3.1 and for this reason i wrote "works" but if i reboot the switch, the console is stuck in the screen with swith logo.

Try removing old version download hbmenu again and paste it to the sd root
unless if theres some app in sxos/tittles that messes that up you should be able to boot you may try removing all apps from sxos tittles (But backup the folder first))and try if it boots its some of the apps in tittles then you can check what app causes the issue

I have tried to remove all, even in switch folder i have put only a clead sx installer inside \switch, i have made several try, i have downloaded a new one the 3.1 in github but if the hbmenu.nro (the 3.1 one) is present in :
sd:\
or
sd:\config\
or
sd:\config\nx-hbmenu
or
sd:\switch\
or
sd:\switch\hbmenu\
or
sd:\switch\sx\
the console doesn't boot, if i remove the hbmenu.nro (the 3.1 one), the switch works well, if i put the hbmenu.nro (renamed in hbmenu31.nro) inside sd:\switch\ and i louch it manually works good.

I use hbmenu 3.1.0 with SX and it works fine why dont you try the modded hbmenu from h*****p AIO pack

Yes SX 2.8 Beta + Kosmos 13.2.1 and Atmosphere 0.9.1 on 8.1.0 works great
When i get home later today i will zip my setup and give you a link will make a zip of only SX OS 2.8 and hbmenu 3.1 too

heres working SX 2.8 with hbmenu 3.1.0 tested on 2 of my units works fine its just SX cause my entire setup is like 2GB but if you want it i will upload it later but first try that its from my setup
