HD problem

one old xbox of my m8's is fragging and believe it is the HD that screwed up - i want to swap my new HD with the one in my crystal 1.6B heres the spec.s -

v1.0
no chip
broken HD
good DVD

V1.6B crystal
xecuter 2.6
Gud HD
Good DVD

coz i dont like the 1.6B coz it wont run much program-wise im thinkin of moving the chip to the v1.0, and after unlocking the HD i will move that across too - to replace the broken one. would this work? any suggestions/ideas? or am i just destroying the xbox that i have working

what you should do is move the good hd and modchip over to the 1.0 and then take the 1.6b back and say its broken

yeh thats what i was thinkin about doin but i dont think theyd accept it bak - i was just wonderin whether moving the entire v1 mobo and psu into the crystal and chuckin the 1.6B into the old case - would usin the crystals drive work on the v1.0???

If the drive is screwed, I would rip it out, put it in my pc and run Powermax on it 1st. Then give it another try in my xbox.

I have been able to re-use many drives by running the low level format and factory reset from this utlity and it works on all brands of drives, contrary to what their website says.

i have some questions that i am not sure that you are allowed to answer but i am going to ask you anyway... i want to purchase a jtag console for hosting mw2 lobbies...but i want to host a lobby just for my personal use, not to sell lobbies..my question is what equipment do i need in order to host a personal lobby for myself...

my next question..is there a tutorial that will show me how to use system link in order to connect my j tag unit to my other xbox360...my goal is to get my regular xbox360 infected with the hacks off of my j tag unit..if someone could help me i would greatly appreciate it...if these questions violate the forum rules then i deeply apologize..
