HDD backup?

can you use XBMC to back up your hard drive files, or do you have to use evox?
and how do you do all this, a step by step guide would be really nice

what you mean is a evox boot dvd that let you ftp to your xbox
make evox boot dvd (google)
burn it
place in xbox dvd drive reboot xbox
now network to xbox
copy the C:/ and E:/ folder to your pc (ftp)
now burn them to a cd or dvd and put in safe place
