HDD boot disc

Hello Member

To make a boot disc for upgrade new HDD do I have to adding dummy files

Disc Content

evox.ini
default.xbe
bios.bin
disk.bin
eeprom.bin
hddinofo.txt
hddkey.in

dummy.bin????????

Only add a dummy file if the total size is relativly small compared to the disc size. Like if ur gonna use 5mb outta a 700mb CDR then yeah put a 100mb or so dummy file on it. IF ur using a DVD make the dummy 500-1000mb.

X-BOX 360 Update???

Is there a problem with the dash update and lt plus 1.1? I have seen conflicting reports.

It is always recommended you update to the latest dash before flashing, so I would have thought not
