Hey everyone, N00b here.
I recieved a hard drive with all the xbox software already installed, (evox dashboard, xbmc, etc etc etc...) I flashed one of the banks with the M7 bios and was able to access everything that was pre-installed. I just reflashed my bios to the X3 bios and everything in my D and F partitions is either gone or invisible. I still have the same amount of free space (50 GB) leading me to believe that my data is still on there. Any help would be appreciated.

What did you say the solution to the problem was? I use avalaunch, and my files are currently invisible (meaning the space still is used if you look at the free space left on the partion). Tried to connect to pc with XBOXHDM utility, only to find filenames consisting of messy capitals. Got the problem someway along the process of upgrading to the 3283 bios, and quite frankly, it ****in PISSES me off that Team Xecuter has not released a complete solution to the problems following this version, but rather put a lid on the whole "'93 partion ****up".

What is this "evox bios" you are referring to? Evox is just an application on the hd, and has nothing to do with the bios as far as I'm concerned....?

Evox has a sh*tty bios which when flashed to your x3 makes it kinda worthless.
You dont have to use the latest bios, just one that works on your system so stop your damn bitching tucsonsduke.
If the latest doesnt work for you then just roll back to a previous version.
And remember to set the LBA48 settings.

After mocking with my bla settings&several other shots in the dark, things suddenly began to work out. I can now access my files again. I really don't know what happened, 'cause i tried the exact same thing several times before I succeeded. Thanks anyway drgnhilord, for making me take that final desperate retry ;)
