HDD format

Hy to all, I have an Xbox 360 slim on witch i installed coolrunner. I installed xex and fsd on an usb drive because i didn't have a HDD. Today i have bought an replacement HDD for my laptop and the one that was in my laptop I flashed it with HDDHACKR, model is WD 320gb BEVT scorpion blue. Everything went well like in the tutorial that I have used, the HDD does show in xbox with 293gb but it cannot be formated. I push Y to formatt and nothing is happening

does anyone know why this is happening ?

if you have a cool runner installed and have flashed the freebot image, you dont need to use HDDHACKR, any hard disk will work, try formating as Fat32 in windows.

thanks for the info, I wil try that, will it work as FAT32 in the xbox HDD bay ?

ok I restored the HDD back to stock with hddhackr, formated as fat32, put it in the xbox 360 bay, it shows as unformatted drive, I click Y to format and nothing is happening
