Hdd limit ??

can anyone tell me if there is a limit to the size of harddrive i can use in my box i have the xecuter 2.6ce with the 4681.06 bios.
also my bro has the spiderchip v1.0 with the m8 256k bios is ther a limit to the harddrive size on that?

While I don't know what the limit is on the 4681.06 BIOS I have seen reports of people with 300+GB HDDs on the newer 5035 BIOS. So if for some reason you find that the 4681.06 doesn't support what you are looking to do, just update your BIOS first.

Your brother's Spiderchip only has a 256KB flash so he won't be able to run the 5035 BIOS. There is probably still another 256KB BIOS that can support really large, no idea on the limits of the M8.

like whoopin said, use 5035 on your 2.6ce.

on your bros spiderchip - try 4983.67. Should allow you a big hard disk. With that bios F will get the first 137gb G will get the rest.
