I bought an xbox360 slim and it came with fsd 3 plus a 250gb internal, after installing about 28games there was no space left, i played for like one week and decided to get a 500gb internal. But now the problem is that when i installed the first game into the new hdd the game cant get executed right from the xbox360 games list i have to execute it manually from the file manager, yet the same game i have it on my usb and when i set the path to usb0 the game executes from the xbox360 games list on fsd without any problem. What is wrong with my hdd or is there something am not getting right? this is my first xbox 360 and i dont know what to do, anyone help please. Any ideas.

I deleted all the game data, i went to settings>general settings>reset settings>clear data. and when i pressed okey the console took like 15 - 20 seconds deleting stuff but the problem has not gone away.
One thing i have noticed just right now is that when i type the IP address of my console on Mozilla and tab enter my freestyle page comes in and under setting manager>view database>content items i get a list of all the games i installed in the previous hdd. Meaning some files are still somewhere inside the console, might they be the problem?

Let me try that and see if it works, but its gonna be hell of a task, no options though, just have to do it.

Not really a big task. All your installed games will still be there. Once you set you or games paths again just be sure to let it run its scan and download everything completely before doing anything else.
Often if you interrupt the initial scan particularly if you have a lot of content it messes with freestyle and the only way to fix it is to delete and re install.

Nothin wrong with f3. Its still a great dash. I use both and enjoy them both
I agree it's a great dash, it's just that they stopped doing work on it ages ago. I switched to aurora, because it's easier for me to install/load trainers with.
Just finished installing FSD3, now waiting to install the first game FIFA15. Thank you so much guys for the motivation given that its my first time installing this FSD3, just bought my xbox a few weeks ago.
guys i have installed a new fsd3 and the problem still persists...i dont know wat to do next, am out of options now.:facepalm:
i installed the new fsd on the hdd and the console boots into fsd so well but it cant load a game direct from the xbox games list and also a new problem has come up, no game loads at all even from the file manager itself
thank you so much guys, the thing just started working, i really thank you all for giving me all the ideas of installing a new fsd and game paths, you guys are just the best!!!!!!! fifa just loaded right from the hard disk.
