Right here goes,
2 xbox's, for simplicity sake i will call them A and B.
B's original HDD is knackered so i thought i would put in my old HDD from A, (since A has had a 120gb hdd upgrade recently.)
I put the old HDD back in A and unlocked it.
then
Stuck the now unlocked old HDD into B.
Boot up....low and behold i get Error code 06????
so shall i either?
put original HDD back into B, backup C & E onto pc. Then put old HDD back into A and then ftp B's C & E's info onto it?
or
put original HDD back into B, backup C & E onto pc. Then put old HDD back into a and format it...therfore wiping it i presume? Stick it back into B Then using evox boot disc ftp back into B and restore backed up settings.
i am swaying towards option 1....or am i completly of the mark and something totally different is happening??????
I have done standard HDD upgrades and i thought this would be easier!!! lol
Cheers
