RGH HDMI not working

Had the same thing with a falcon a while back no signal though HDMI. I tryed different cables, TVs, even reflashed the nand a few times (stock and a few different dashes)
checked every inch on the board and found nothing
would love to see a solution to this.

don't think this is anything to do with the rgh, i have 2 xbox 1 legit 1 rgh, the legit xbox hdmi port will not work so i have to use the vga cable, but on my rgh hdmi works no problem, guessing that the hdmi ports are to blame with bad joints.

no , it does not boot with stock nand .

Then I would say that you should either try replacing the AV module (I believe it is all one unit) or get a new console.

I assume the console boots fine with it's stock NAND using the AV cable?

yes with AV no problem

I guess you could try resetting your console's display settings but other than that, it sounds like you are going to need to replace the module or get a new console.

Ok, I found 2 chips with continuity that shouldn't be, after removing them the pads still had continuity, so it's not the chips, it's further down the line, but they lead to the hana, I'm not going to replace the hana or the hdmi socket as it works fine with vga and hd with the av port, I removed the av socket on the spare board to see if anything was under it connected to the hdmi port, but nothing there.

I had this issue shortly after my 1st RGH attempt on a BB jasper with coolrunner Rev.C that I lifted the resistor for STBY_CLK and a resistor above it :facepalm:. replaced both with reg 33Ohm 1/4watters. boots in under a min. 3 weeks after modding the coolrunner stopped resetting the cpu when the hdmi was plugged in. A/V port works perfect with Component cables. This was 9 months ago too date and still running strong.

Im having this same issue, HDMI not working but component is :S

Whats weird is it happend ever since I setup my HD PVR 2, So confused, how could something external mess up hdmi? it was only the hdmi plugged into the pvr

Need help asap ;_;
