HDMI port replacement for Xbox 360 Phat Motherboard?

I have searched and searched and cannot seem to find any guides or videos on how to do an HDMI port replacement on an Xbox 360. A buddy of mine has a Phat xbox 360 and needs the HDMI port replaced. I have seen HDMI ports on ebay but it's unclear if the phat has them separate or if they are integrated together as one unit.

I recently did a HDMI port on a Radeon 4650 graphics card, so I think with some Fast Chip I can swap it out. I just need to know if I can get the part or not. I don't even see donor parts on ebay. None of the 360 boards I have swapped capacitors on have had HDMI.

Any help would be appreciated.

On phats you have to remove the standard video port to get to the hdmi port. The big block surrounds the hdmi but they are two separate parts

and its a complete pain in the ass,and id charge more to do that job than a 360 is worth these days. id just replace the console.
