I recently purchased a Hi-Definition (HDTV) AV kit for my Xbox so I can play it on my HDTV projector. The projector supports 480i, 480p, 720p, and 1080i video modes. I have no problem displaying 480i through the HDTV kit. Whenever I play a game that is 480p or 720p, I lose the video signal when the video mode switches. This only happens when I have the X3 enabled. When I bypass the X3 and load the MS dashboard, all video modes work fine. Has anyone else experienced this? I've spend a couple hours searching the forums for anyone else that has encountered this, but I can't find any info on it. Any ideas on how I might diagnose or fix this problem? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
