HDTV question

I just got myself a new HDTV and the HD pack for my xbox. I'm wondering if I have to do any special settings for the video on the X3 to use it? I've read a couple of posts with people losing vid signal completely after playing with the X3 video settings and I don't want to screw anything up and have to fix it blind..

goto the xbox dash and go to the video settings and turn on 480p and 720p and 1080i

just don't do anything with video region.....that's where you'll fux0r everything up and have to do is blindly...

if I have a 1080i HDTV, why should I turn on any other options ?

you don't have to go to xbox dash.
you can set the display and video types via X3 config live.

I enabled the setting and hooked up to my hdtv bigscreen and all I can say is WOW... Never going back to a regular TV..
