hi i'm using a demon and i was reading the nand when it said:
Hardware : Demon Slim
Firmware : 1.0
Flash ID : 0x73AD Hynix (16MiB - Small block)
Flash Size : 0x400 blocks of 0x4200 bytes
Reading Nand

then on the second nand read it says:

Reading Nand to C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\New Folder\J-Runner\output\nanddump2.bin
Initializing nanddump1.bin..
Header is wrong..

There's no information to advise us to help you either way, which is why I suggested getting a pro to install it (as per the instruction card you ignored).
