I had a customer bring me a Jasper 512mb rgh2 with a clone cr3 and he want's me to replace the clone with a cr4.

I have no back ground on this console & no original dumps because the guy he bought it from didn't give him anything & everytime i read it in jrunner it says header is wrong, how should I proceed?

I soldered a nandx pinheader in to read the nand so I know the soldering is good on that.

Also suggest him that I put a phat demon in it so I don't overwrite the only working nand that I have?

You'll have to create a retail image. Have a look at the JR manual. The error is because the image on the NAND is a glitch image.

how do I get the extracted files needed? I opened the dumped nand and entered the cpu key i get in xell and it says bad cpu key?

the console boots perfectly fine to fsd.

I will post the jrunner log soon as it's finished reading again..
