I already have an emuNAND working with hekate/Atmosphere.
Is it possible to make SX OS boot to this already existing emuNAND instead of going through the hassle of deleting it and reinstalling everything?
I've tried to move the "Nintendo" folder to the SD card root and it to "Emutendo", but SX OS still fails to recognize it. I suppose that if it did so, an orange toggle would appear here:

Like in this screenshot I got from the manual:

Here's how my emuNAND is currently setup in hekate:

Thanks in advance!

There are two ways to dual boot with emuNAND:
Partition based emuNAND made with the SX bootloader, and "migrated" with Hekate, or
File based emuNAND migrated back and forth every time you want to switch CFW.

File based emuNANDs made with Hekate can be moved to the SX file structure, but a partition based emuNAND made with Hekate can't.

In case of Raw Partition migration you need to use a tool like EmuTool, check here.

To have a dual boot Emunand on SX OS, you can switch from partition Emunand to File Emunand and back using EmuTool, without the need to backup and restores Emunand files (only for SX OS User).
The switch time is immediate, but you have always to remove the SD Card and usa a PC windows to switch.

Bye!
