hey to all

when i am adding dlc to black ops 2 - Mob Of the dead, and all the maps..

om round 1/2 he say me "fail to autrize disc"

more one game.. when i add dlc songs to just dance 2014.. sometimes the dlc works and sometimes not..
when it dont work.. the xbox is freeze and i need to startup him again.

where is the problem? in the Software or hardware?
