Console Type: jasper
NAND size: 16
Dashboard version: e.g 2.0.15574
CB version: e.g 5774
Screenshot of NAND details from J-Runner:

What error is the console throwing at you? If it's 0010 then it's completely normal and you just have to mess around with whatever settings works for your console. There are plenty of threads available to see and try what works best for you.

Maybe clean up the soldering a bit and check each point. It doesn't look really "clean to me".

It may be the angle of the POST_QSB, but give some extra dabs on them to make sure they are 100% connecting. If it's glitching then it should be fine. However doesn't hurt to make it clean.

As for the wiring on top of the board and the chip, Probably best to clean that up a little bit..trim the wire a bit too if necessary.

Figure out what error code you're getting.

Turn on the console until it gets RRoD, then hold the Sync Button and press Eject 4 times (Each time displays a number that is relevant to your error code)

e.g If I had my console laying horizontal (Flat) and I done the code test.

I hold the Sync button and press Eject one time, let's say I get all 4 lights flashing. This will indicate the number 0

Then I do the same as above and get the exact same code, this would be another 0

Now, repeat again and I get 1 flashing light on the top left, this will be number 1

finally repeat again what we did the other three times and I am presented with 4 flashing lights again. So my next number will be 0.

Now you have your error code. 0010 - If it is indeed the exact same here, then it's just a case of messing with the dip settings and possibly the voltage settings to see what likes your console best.

If I have confused you with the whole error code thing, here's a video tutorial on how to do it -
