OK,
So I'm doing the LPC rebuild w/ the wires and in the picture on the tutorail:

I try soldering the red wire to the lead its supposed to go to (not the one on the pin header but the other one. I messed it up and the solder that already existed there doesn't anymore. So, I have nothing to connect that wire to. Of course I get a FRAG when trying to boot up. Any ideas on how I can go about fixing this?

Try a couple of time just to put some solder on that point and see if you xbox boots up. Make sure that the solder touches the trace that goes though that point. If unsucsessful, try to gently scrape off some of the laquer that is covering the trace and lay some solder to connect the trace and that rebuild point.

Yeah, I'm in a hotel right now, so I don't have an xbox that I can look at to check that point myself (actually, my xbox is right next to me in my bag but I'm not tearing it apart here hehe) so all I can use is the picture, but I'm not 100% positive about what you mean by the solder that was there is now gone. I can't tell if that was just a pad, or if it was a hole, but is that entirely gone as in there is nothing to contact now, or is it just the solder that's gone? You should be able to tin your wire, and lay it on the spot you need it on and then touch the wire with your iron to melt the solder and it should make good contact there. Make sure you clean up the spt like Speed11 said first though, and add a touch of flux to make sure it makes the contact.
