Hi guys...planning to flash my Xbox 360 from Japan it has a hitachi drive. I was just wondering are there any issues in flashinf my drive? 3RLs and what not. How about the software update from xbox live will that affect my flashed hitachi drive? I need to flash my drive because i need to back up my games because games here are kinda expensive. need opinions from the experts here cause i dont want to brick my console if i flash it. i have no problems with procedure and i am certain i can do it....just want to know what issues i will have i i flash my drive....

Do not insinuate that you will not be buying originals. 360mods.net does NOT support piracy.

Read the tutorial and it will answer all of your questions - thats the reason it was written.

Flashing your drive has about 0.01% chance of adding to 3RLs possibility.

no im not supporting piracy...i ws just going to back up my existing games. cause games here are expensive i need to back them up. i dont condone piracy either i just need to back up my existing games i just dont want them all scratched up. better scratch the back ups than the originals. sorry if i was mis uderstood.

As of right now, yes, no worries. I just updated my friend's for him last night.

(That could change with any future update though, best bet is to wait a bit with any future updates and check here first before applying them.)
