HELP a N00b with flashing

Hello everyone ,

i have a xbox that has a ck3 blaster attached to it, it has original firmware , my question is now , can someone please help me as to what i must do to flash the firmware, what is the latest firmware etc ? or is there a detailed tutorial online , any help would be greatly appreciated .

The Latest Firmware now is LT3.0
also what is your drive type, lireon, or what?
The tools you need in phats and slims are a
phat:
ck3 mini/pro and x360usb pro v1 OR x360 usb proV2
(if a liteon, you will also need a Probe 3, to get the key)(if a hitachi 79, you will need the unlock CD)

Slim:
ck3 mini/pro and x360usb pro v1 OR x360 usb proV2
Tx replacement board or (kamikaze method)

In the jungle flashed folder there is another folder called documents. In that the PDF tutorial will walk you through set by set, pics and all.

But if he has a blaster installed then that would be enough to power the drive (no need for ck3mini/pro like you said)
so all he needs is either a VIA or X360USB PRO to connect the drive to the PC
am i right in saying this?

I have a phat xbox, benq, blaster ck3 and I wanna get the X360USB PRO/ X360USB PRO V2.

from what I understand the v2 can power the drive so would this conflict with my blaster ck3 as this already powers the drive?

should i save my self £15 for this feature and just get the X360USB PRO

Just get the v2 that's what I use and it is so much easier and a lot faster!

btw i dont know if u know but i just bumped into something called x360usbpro update tool from the jungleflasher site

It seems really good, by reading the instructions it looks like u can update ur firmware by just the x360usb and no need for jungleflasher and all the nonsense!

I think you misunderstood what it is/does.

It works in collaboration with JungleFlasher .

That is just to Update the x360usb pro v2 firmware. Not your drive firmware.
