Help. About playing local lan play (2player mode in 1 switch)

Hi. Im just curious, will i be able to play with my friend both of us playing in my switch, 2 player mode like cuphead, overcooked, etc. In custom firmware using sx os? Is this bannable like the playing in online? Bec. It needs to turn on airplane mode. I dont wanna risk it. Give me some advices thank you

If it's all local and works with airplane mode off it should be fine. Just to note, aside from staying offline there is nothing that is 100% guaranteed to be ban free once you mod the console.
