FIXED Help After Demon installed, No power

The first time i install the demon, i got no power.
Remove it and the xbox on normally and the connect the Demon to PC and flash stock nand on it ok.
Then i reinstall again, same thing happen.
Could it be my soldering problem or i need to do something?

soldering looks fine.

When you say 'no power', is this the case with the LED on the USB port being ON or OFF (or both)?

Sorry for not clearly stats, I mean plug in the power to the xbox, The demon switch with a USB port is On with blue light. But when i try to touch the on/off and eject button on my Xbox console (Trinity), nothing happen, even the PSU light just stay Orange.

What if you press the button on the USB board (so the LED is off) - does the console boot then?

When i press the button on the USB board, the LED off, press it again, the LED on.
The console does not boot with the LED off and on.

Can you get a meter and check the 5VSB point has 5v?

Yeah i get 5.15V,
I forget to tell you that, when i touch the xbox power and eject, the console beep sound works but no green light on the ring.

ok - think I've spotted it. Should have seen it earlier so apologies.

SBR wire is going to the wrong point on the motherboard. Re-check the install diagram. In pic #3 is should be the point above it.

After solder to the right place, same problem no power

desolder all external wires except RB and see if it boots on stock NAND (LED off).

Even the 5v red cable rite? as the USB board has no blue LED now

Is the DemoN being detected by the PC?

Yup, flashed my stock nand on it by using micro USB cable to PC.

is it being detected via the mini-USB though? Obviously the switch needs to be on XB for Xbox functions.

Yup detected on both Micro USB (Demon board) and mini USB (USB Board).
But couldnt flash via USB Board, get error
(ERROR: Unknown NAND-flash device id 0xBABA reported.
Please verify correct installation!)

ok so it's possible one of your QSB points is wrong. I'd go over them with a meter and check continuity with the NAND itself.

You can, however I find it more conclusive to check against the NAND itself.

Found a Short on D4 & D5, Apply some flux and shoot...
