RGH [Help]Are there any TuT's on how to Flash nand with a LTP cable

I had a Nand-X but misplaced it and I was just wondering if any one has a layout pic of how to do it.

(My friend borrowed it and flashed my nand with the retail nand so I cant just boot Xell and do it that way its also a trinity)
