I seriously can't figure were it is, I've ordered a QSB and it doesn't fit properly.

Thanks

No offence taken, I can solder and I haven't began yet. (done it before) however I believe I have an opus board however it doesn't look the same as my falcon board so I'm not sure. If its another xenon I'm going to go spare

Thanks for the link but my motherboard isn't on there. It's looking more and more like its a xenon :( does anyone have a picture of an opus board? Just so I can confirm its a xenon and I'm screwed :(

Check the link again and theres a picture with the power sockets (further down) which show what the opus board socket should look like if your looking in the back of your xbox.

Sorry it looks like its a falcon/opus due to those being no column in the centre for the power supply to latch onto. It does not have a HDMI, this is really annoying me. I'll try and get a couple of pictures up in a minute, what's the best way to upload them phone a phone?

Look at the two pictures for me an let me know what board you think it is because it doesn't look like my flacon and can't find the r4b24 connection anywhere :/ so I'm coming to the conclusion it's a xenon

its unclear from your second photo as to what board you have, again ive just done a google search (xenon) or (opus) and it clearly shows the board in images. the opus has the two coils lieing flat minus the hdmi. the xenon clearly has three coils standing on their edge. so if you look at your modo its identical to the falcon without the hdmi.

maybe someone has snapped that little bar off, can't see the r4b24 resistor anywhere
