Help can't play the updated version of game SX OS

so i have switch running sxos 2.9.5 and 10.0.0 firmware and i can play the witcher game (the old version) but when i want to play the 3.6.0 version it says "The game card could not be read" and i know how to update game i've done it many times before and its all working only this time it doesnt work.

how can i fix this ?

ps : i'm using .xci to play my games, if it helps
