HELP code 13 No dash, what to do ?

Help please.

I have xbox 1.6 "was" SOFTMODDED by some one els, I (stupid) placed a 20 GB HDD formatted in pc on FAT32 in xbox.
Now it says whit green screen "code 13 (no dash)", contact your ........."
What is going on ?
Is my bios ****t up, and how can i solve this problem.
Please help.

i assume theres nothing on the hard drive? if that is the case you need to copy everything from your current hard drive onto your pc, reformat the new hdd (dunno why your bothering with 20gb, but hey) and then copy everything back to the 20gb from the pc. i assume you can do that with softmodding but if you cant you should get yourself a chip and you will be much better off. the reason you get the message is because theres no dashboards or a bios on the hdd. hope this helps
