RGH help! coolrunner is broken!! (I think)

Hi guys! I'm not sure what's going on with my coolrunner but every time when there's power going to the coolrunner, both green and red light stays on and it eventually get really hot. I tried programing it by using the nand x through nandpro and it's giving me error. I haven't solder any wires to the xbox yet. Can someone please tell me what's going on? Do I have a faulty coolrunner?

Theres no fault, you just haven't programed it... The green light will stray on until you program it. Read up on the topic before jumping right in.

The lights staying on before its been programmed is normal, check i the switches on the coolrunner make sure its on NOR and what ever machine you are programming it for.

Have your nand x been updated to v3?

If it wasn`t on NOR then the light wouldnt come on at all
