LITEON 0225 Help extracting 0225 keys

I've been trying to extract the keys from my 0225 drive with no luck. Stuck on status 0x9C and it wont change from there on.

After trying to get the keys with the Sputnik switch and my ViA card I figured it wasn't going to happen at all, so I ordered me a X360USB with CK3 Pro.

Everything is hooked up correctly, and I still cant get the drive out of vendor mode 0x9C to get the keys o_O
No matter what I try...
I've been reading tons of Tutorials and threads on here for the past 3 days with no progress...

I've never erased the drive or written -
Have the Sputnik installed and using X360USB with CK3 Pro, can any one help me out here ?

Yeah, I've tried unlock and normal and basically every OHM setting - it's weird. Before I would get the 0x8C but not anymore, it wont change at all from 0x9C

hhmmmmm. the massive gouge in your PCB might have an impact on it......coupled with the soldering lol.....
I know it's like shutting the gate after the horse has bolted, but always dump your drive BEFORE modding it in any way whatsoever....

EDIT - dubbs got in there first lol

Yeah, I messed up not reading the keys before adding the Sputnik, and @RDubbs007 honestly it looks fine under it, I've tried removing it and re-soldering but still get the same status on the drive.
So I don't know....

I get this on JF 1.86


I hit yes and then switch Sputnik to Unlock (also tried switch before hitting yes), either way I get this :



Just a whole bunch of dots/periods over and over and over and nothing else...

Any other suggestions ? >_<

is that yellow line makin contact if not bridge it.

also look at the red circle make sure it's not makein contact.

bit of a tidy up and see how you go.

Yeah I cleaned that up wasn't really making any contact. Was mostly residue from the fiberglass scratch brush pen. Everything looks fine, I put the Sputnik back on it since I wasn't getting anything but 0x9C without it also... >_<

jesus looks like your soldering isnt that good mate its ment to be clean and look like the solder pads on the actual switch have melted away bear in mind their is only a tiny but on the end

Yeah, I did kind of over do it with the trace cut there I guess. I'm going to try to take it to someone locally, maybe they can get it.
Other than that, if I can't get the keys, this Xbox is pretty much useless huh...
