Description of problem:

falcon doesnt glitch i will post pictures of soldering/r-jtag but by the looks of it the help i need is in the rater log!
Ive tried every dip setting and resistances but to no avail
if you think its to do with the soldering i will add pics

post output is all wrong.. which means post_qsb could be badly soldered or could be a number of things

where are your pictures and j-runner log ?

pictures are always needed.. not when someone things the fault may be due to soldering :)
