help fixing pll_bypass trace

i think i have problem in the pll_bypass point because i get RROD 0022 after about 5 or 6 sec from starting the console any one have any idea how to fix this?

Looks ripped to me, hard to say tho as the magnify glass makes it funny. Solder to the alt point (the resistor below it) and CAREFULLY.

the problem is not to solder to this point because i have removed all the wire of the cool runner and still getting RROD 0022 when flashing the original nand can the trace of resistor R7R17 is cut too???

You need to repair the trace from the bottom of the R7R17 resistor (which should be connected to this via) to the top point of the via. Be warned that it's easy to mess this up and render the console useless.
