Help! Flash Bios cause unit to turn off

Hi, just got my X3CE today, I've spent 3hrs installing.
I turn on my unit everything seems find except for a few problems.
When I go to flash the BIOS via DVD my unit turn off completely after flashing.
When I turn the unit back on, It still has V.3.0.1.
I try flashing from HTTP, but I don't see the XBOX on any IP on my network.

What did I do wrong...?
I've check all my connection points and they all looks ok.

sounds like you reflashed flashbios which is a mistake lots of people have done. You need to dl hacked x3 bios from #xbins on mirc. Google it for more info. Additionally make sure to set your switches on x3 control panel correctly.
