So, this morning, I tried flashing my BIOS with my Slayer's 2.6 disk. I flashed it yesterday to EvoX M8, and it went smooth. No problems at all. Unfortunately, there were some things I didn't like, so this morning I went to flash it to X2.
I had everything set the EXACT same way as when I flashed my BIOS yesterday. Protection was off, I backed up my old BIOS and EEPROM. I picked my BIOS, let it do it's thing. XBOX turns off, all good.
I go to turn it on, and it turns on, clicks, turns off. On, off. On, off. On, LED cycles, screen is black.
If I turn the chip off, I can boot into the MSDash like a stock XBOX. If I turn the chip on and try and put in a burnt disk (ie, the Slayer's 2.6), it hangs on the "X" splash screen.
Someone help, please, my XBOX is now useless ....
