HELP FLASHING BIOS!!

i made a the flash bios dvd+r disc.. loaded it.... it goes threw saying flashing etc etc. at the bottom says . Programming failed.



did i mess something up?

try a cd-rw did you follow the guide on frount page of this site
did you have flash protect off on chip as well as switch
did you rename the bios to bios.bin
were did you get bios if not #xbins get it from there
are you flashing with the x3 3294 bios
try http flash

i followed the guide. after it loads the xbox shuts offl like shown in the pictures. then when i try and turn it back on nothing.... it will play orginal games but wont play my backups.... i just got it today... and it was purchased from www.modchipstore.com.......

did the rox my box came up when you start xbox after you flash it with bios
can you get into x3 config hold white button controller on bootup

ok its not flashed with bios
you will need to do this frist
try something for me tyr setting you switch to flash protect to off then switch set to on on off off then try flash protect to off switch to off on off off take note what flashbios cames up 3.0.1 or 3.0.3

before it showed 3.0.1 then when i run the flash it shows 3.0.3 then when i reboot its showing 3.0.1 again...



idk... im confused. and being a n00b aint helping

try power eject at same time see if you get 3.0.1
did they say what xbox it was v1.?? when you bought it

ok got my answer you have a v1.6 xbox
you need to flash the chip with a bios x3 3294 v16 plus not x3 3294 haveyou got that bios

the main thing is to flash the chip to the banks that dont have working flashbios off on off off boot up xbox with the switch set to on on off off then without turning off xbox change switch to off on off off flashbios will stay on screen then put dvd-r or cd-rw in to try then select flash by cd option let it goto work it will turn off then back on then it should boot to x3 config
before you do this try power eject at same time on xbox to see if backup bank works

ok i renamed x3 3294 v16 plus to bios.bin... going to burn it and try and flash this as u showed me in the previous post... be back shortly
