now at the flashbios screen its saying READ only.. and the switch is off... protect switch is red......

did you try http flash you do not need to rename it just as it was unrar

ok you need to stop it from booting into x3 config now in customize x3 bios option
there a option called autostart x3 config live disable it. you can go back into it by holding white button on controller on boot up of xbox.
reboot xbox will the m/s dash load
now have you got a larger hard drive in xbox and is the m/s dash on it
you need to get a download called auto installer delux 3 this will load a m/s dash as well as hacked dash to your xbox if you do not have one installed

im gettin Auto.Installer.Deluxe.v3.0.rar which is 735 meg in size.... should be done downloading in around 25 mins.. after i get that what do i do?

now when AID3 is done install a dash avalanch is good or for first timers evox is good to install use stock hard drive install in AID3 do not do the softmod option in AID3

ok burn AID3 then put in xbox reboot xbox when AID3 come up go down to install hacked dash now go down to install e drive dashboard now pick a dash then it will ask you for retail HDD (E) push A on controller it will install dash takeout AID3 dvd turn off xbox in x3 bios
once you do that go back into x3 config hold white button on controller while bootup xbox keep holding till you see config
goto x3 config live then into customize x3 bios go down to dashboard boot drive highlite the dash you installed then push A on controller then move it up to the top of list then push A again
now go into dashboard boot drive highlite the setboot to E/ push A
now reboot xbox it should go into the dash you installed
