(SOLVED by Replacing SB) Help generating retail NAND

Hi, i am dealing with my customer's Corona 4Gb which does not boot very well (sometimes it boots, sometimes it won't boot and sometimes red dot of death). I dont have its retail NAND because it was not rgh-ed by me.

i have problem generating retail nand from given Xell fuses and NAND info on Jrunner.
will you please take a look at this Xell Fuses?

fuseset 01: 0f0f0f0f0f0ff0f0
fuseset 02: 000f000000000000
fuseset 03: 7216a5012b055bed
fuseset 04: 7216a5012b055bed
fuseset 05: 0fd9b81ff25d045a
fuseset 06: 0fd9b81ff25d045a
fuseset 07: ff00000000000000
fuseset 08: 0000000000000000
fuseset 09: 0000000000000000
fuseset 10: 0000000000000000
fuseset 11: 0000000000000000

Your CPU key : 7216A5012B055BED0FD9B81FF25D045A
Your DVD key : EA0825E7CB0BB2CA434FFBA76B3CFE56

It is a Corona 4GB. If we look at xell fuses, it has cseq 4 and LDV 2 . Correct? So it should be at CB 13181.

but, when i look at J-Runner, it is showing this :

it is on CB 13121 and it boot fine to dash on RGH setup

I am trying to create a retail nand to check for problems but it always gives me red dot about 30 secs on any CB version

so, is this NAND altered? , if it is altered then i know i can never go back to original retail nand.

*****
EDIT : Solved by replacing Southbridge Chip

You're confusing CB versions of RETAIL with RGH2. RGH uses specially patched CB versions. If this wasn't the case, an RGH1 console (Falcon locked at CB 5771) would never be able to boot a 16747 dashboard.

So with a cseq of 4 means you should be able to build any retail image over 15572 with an LDV of 2. Remember to disable (remove POST OUT) the chip when you try to boot.

thanks Martin, i generated 15574 NAND and flashed it, it gives me error 1033 . So it must be southbridge - because no HDD attached to the console.

i think it is not warm Martin, indeed it is very hot - abnormal heat...occurred about 3 seconds after i plugged the power supply cable.
i measured the top SB chip with digital thermometer, it read 51c -- way to hot right?

is it possible that the SB chip is not good? or bad connection?

if it gets hot by plugging in the psu i would think its shorting or something.

but if it boots test it out. play some COD for a while or something.
