i just flashed my bios using x2 5028 and when i turn on the xbox i can hear it starting but nothing is showing on the tv.
when i disable the mod chip i can see everything. but once enable it's like the xbox is not sending any video signal.

You flashed the wrong version for your xbox.

old version for motherboards 1.0-1.5

16plus for 1.6-1.6b

how can i fix the problem when i cant see a thing????

which chip do you have?
if you can swtich to another bank, then do so and say what happens
can you still ftp into your box?
if you can, then edit the evox.ini file so that flashing a bios is the only option and re-flash your chip using the correct bios

i can still ftp. the xbox is actually working the only thing i dont see any thing. i'm using xecuter 2lite something like that it's about a year old.
