Help i cant flash

I just downloaded x3_3029 from xbins but i cant flash my chip. When i turn on my box it comes up with the blue screen and says networking enabled load bios from HDD C:\bios and all this stuff but when i pop in my cd it doesnt do anything.

Am i doing something wrong? Should i try a newer cd. I have used this before to flash my 2.3b lite but then again that prompted for me to put in a cd this one didnt. Any help would be great. Thanks

have you read the tut here: http://www.teamxecuter.com/flashbios/? If you want to flash via a cd/dvd, remember to rename your bios bin file to bios.bin and add a dummy file of at least 100mb. You will also need to use your controller to move to various options for flash and in your case, you need to move it to "flash bios from disc".

wow really how do i do that. i followed the tut but how do i point it to the "flash bios from disc?"
