Help in Flashing my Lite-On

Hi guys
I have Downloaded the i-xtreme Firmware pack and it includes many files which one I should use in flashing my xbox360 ?
this on (LT-liteon-0800-v3.bin) or this one ( LTPlus-0251-v3.0.bin ) ??

You do not want the LT-liteon-0800-v3.bin as this is only for ripping games.

You also must find the dashboard version you are running. If it is the most current (or above 13599, I think), you will be using the 0251 fw.

Edit: Run through the tutorial, it will provide the answers you are looking for when it comes to which FW to flash. The above answer should get you started!
