I am very new at this. I downloaded avalaunch 0.49.3 and followed the directions from http://www.teamavalaunch.com/docs/replace_evox.html
1. extract avalaunchXXXX.rar to your PC
2. edit the avalaunch.xml that you extracted to suit your settings
3. rename default.xbe to avalaunch.xbe
4. upload the contents of your avalaunch directory to c: on your xbox
5. reboot your XBOX, it should come up with Avalaunch now.
it keeps booting to the x3 bios. I checked the name the boot order is correct. Do i need to edit the avalaunch.xml to make it works. And what info do i put in. Can some one help me. Thanks!!!
