help! Invalid license problem

hello, I have nintendo switch version 9.2.0. this is my first time of using sx os

main problem is that i can't use my license!!

I used license reqeust file on sx os homepage and downloaded file with instruction.

then place license file in my sd card.

but whenever i run sx os(cfw version 2.9.4 beta), it always said "license.dat invalid for this switch console"

I have tried another cfw version too (like 2.6.2 2.5.3 ....)

what should i do?!
