HELP!! is my eeprom knacked 4 gud??

ok here all what has happened so far,

1)i forgot my x3 password
2)so , then installed x2 (512)bios on bank 5,

now on the evo X dash (on the x2 bios)there is no IP adress at the top of the screen , it just says "0.0.0.0"

3)however if i go back to the x3 bios PASS ENTRY screen the IP is displayed,

4)SO, i kept on that screen and ftp'd(using flashFXP) and put the default.xbe(eeprom erase) file in the APPS folder in my E: ,

5)i then go back to the x2 bios and evoX dash and select XBOX FILE EXPLORER, i then select the default.xbe file and click press A

A black screen comes up(note: no hdd led flashing on x3 switch)



CAN ANY OF U GUYS HELP??

what are we supposed to say ?

x3 has nothing to do with your evox and avalaunch dashboards

now you have run the xbe why not just load up your x3 bios again - you havent mentioned if you have done that yet to see if your password is reset

i have already tried that,it didn't work

i only mentioned the dashboards so i was giving ppl more info so the chance of them being able to help me would be greater.

o woops i was supposed to reply to the ? wasnt i....well i dunno man have u tried flashing an x3 bios on another bank....or flashing over that bios with the bad password....can u ftp in flashbios also?

i have tried reflashing the 1959 bios over the old 1957 bios , on the 1mb bank.

the only place i can ftp from is the "password entry" screen on the x3 bios screen,
on,on,off,off,off


what do i set the switch if i wanna put the x3 1959 bios on a different bank

i've being sitting here with a bust xbox for a month now, + no1 seems to know how to fix it. so i guess i'll jus' order a new box and chip, problem solved
