Help loading FW in xtreme boot maker

I have the samsung ms28. I've downloaded fw 1.2 rev.c and can't seem to load it in xtreme boot maker. I've tried following the many tutorials out there to the letter. They aren't very detailed and seem to skip a step or two. I really need some some help.

get iprep and the updated def file.
xbm is not supported anymore

Just one more thing. How do I use the sata/switch in the MKTFlash command?
