Help me Flash Bios

Hello friends, i have a problem, how can to upgrade my flashbios 300 with 303 ?
I have X3 modchip that work with 1.5 xbox version and today i have installed the new bios.

Are you running the new X3 3029 BIOS, and capable of FTPing into the Xbox?
If so, you can ftp into the admin folder, locate the bios directory, go to the banks you want to flash, and ftp the new bios directly to the chip.

I have tryed to flash the bios on my xecuter 3 ce 7 times. Itryed to burn it on to a cd 3 times and a dvd 4 times. each time i try it dose not work. can some one help me please. i dont have it hooked to the inter net.
