help me!flashing samsung stop

please help me.
my drive is samsung m28.
I use VT6421 SATA.

i type samread and i get the following message:
Drive scaned:
1: XTREME Pri Master
choose one drive:1
Port: ....., Master/Slave: ..

Flash Type : "SST............"

Reading.....01%Control-Break pressed.

reading stop....
The center of the power indication light blinks to green.
The tray doesn't open.

i tried USB memory and Floppy.

please help me....

looks like a button on the keyboard was either pressed when the reading started or the pause/break button on the keyboard is stuck. double check everything as textbook outlines, better to be safe than sorry.
