So iv searched and alot of questions come up and iv gotten to the point where its quite irratating so ill just ask,

Iv been out of the scene for a while and was just wanting to ask,

Is the usbpro still the best for FM moding ?
If anyone can link me to the lastest FM ?
Whats the best method now for making my backups (still 0800 ?)
Whats the go with AP2.5, is there a new ant piracy out ?

usbpro and ck3i or ck3 mini best tools (may need probes for liteon drives to get keys)

latest firmware pack will include LT+3.0 (LT2.01 for samsung drives)

if u on old dashboard u need to update to newest (14719) either by flashing back to stock first then update or if u already on stock just update using usb stick. lastest update can be found on xbox.com.

games have got a little more complicated i suggest u read click on this link, everything u need to know is in this section.

ap 2.5 is no problem anymore. Same for the more recent xgd3 titles.

Just update your FW and Xbox like Hilly said.

To check and patch your existing games you can use abgx 1.0.6
ap2.5 and xgd3 games that you ripped before this year need to be patched.

For burning the new xgd3 titles you need a modified dvd-burner (ihasX24b) that allows burning discs with more than 8 GB on it.

making backups with a 0800 drive is still the best in my opinion. jst make sure to use the most recent version included in the ixtreme firmware pack.
