Hello respected members, I am looking for help in modding my console. I have moderate soldering skills and a console I really dont mind working on at all. I was wondering if you would help me out if I Uploaded photos of the mobo that I have already removed from the system.

Its corona. Turn it on and check memory in settings. If there is no memory device then its 16 MB models, if you can see 2-4GB memory then its 4GB model.

Thanks for the response. What would be the pros and cons to those chips as opposed to just RGH2.
Thank you.

Using this video as my guide. Would I be right to assume that I just need Demon and CR4 and I would be fine as I have a Corona V1. Also would you recommend another video? Possibly better image quality?

Demon is for dual nand. Its like have a rgh Xbox and a normal Xbox in one.
If u just want rgh on its own u don't need a demon. U can read n write to the nand with a jr programmer v2 for example.
I know u said u wanted to attempt it yourself, but it would be easier and a little cheaper if u got someone to to it for u.

I have performed minor solder work before and tech wise I have no issues flashing things etc. Besides I am a PC gamer and this console is more a arts and crafts thing then a legitimate need. The console was free and I had just modded an original XBOX by making my own action replay and performing the soft mod. And then TSOP modding my original Xbox v1.4. I am no expert though and I admit that. I would perform these chip installations with a friend who has a degree in EE and understands solder work far more than I do. I am going to be buying the chips soon. and just wanted all my info as laid out for me as possible.

Nobody is here to spoon feed anyone-had you done a bit of research on your own or displayed any form of proactivity members would have been a bit more supportive. Good luck with your new 'community'
