Help me if you can

i have installed me chip and boots fine.
got bios 1959 bios on a disk all ready to go.
screen comes on and click on flash bios from disk.
disk loads and says FLASHING XECUTER
And stopps there leds flash green and orange and goes no ferther. But if i press the power button the yellow bar scrolls along just before it switched off what am i doing wrong

someone help please

all soldering is fine checked before i booted system up

just recheck the soldering on the pinheader.

already done that becuase at first chip didn't work now it is. is there another problem for this the bios is comming of a dvdrw

it should be good if ur not burning it wrong.if u have a crossover cable u can flash it from network just set your ip on the pc too 192.168.0.100 if u use a direct connection.and enable network flashing in the flashbios menu.then open up explorer on your pc and type in 192.168.0.99 as address and hit enter.then u sgould get a flashmenu

have u tried another download of the bios?make sure u use the right one so it matches ur xbox version too.cant help u no more on this one.good luck!
