yes i did the falcon files and my wiring is good tested it all with a multimeter

would it effect that i postioned the orange cable to run to ft6u7 instead of the usual r4b24

When you have written the final image to nand and with coolrunner programmed the you switch to NOR before powering the console on. Next time do some research ..its out there.
I've learned from that mistake, was just making sure for Smiley's sake. Smiley isn't giving much input to help with a solution... post pictures of your work, Smiley.

found out coolrunner was not installed right from the person i got it from and decided to install it my self thank you all
