Hi guys
Right I flashed phats using ck3 mini with on sata before, got my own at Xmas and went for it. Jf recognised, I probed using probe 3, key extracted, power cycle to complete process. Jf froze pc. No key saved, err 64 from xbox. So I purchased via chipset installed and removed the correct drivers and jf won't detect my drive, and returning status 0xff is it stuck in vendor mode? Is there no firmware? Is my lite on bricked. Searched my forums to no avail...need some pro advice

Lastest dash, key not in jf database, couldn't save key because pc froze during the power cycle so didn't get that far, it won't work in Xbox err 64. I haven't erased it because after it froze couldn't get jf to recognise drive. If I rgh it can't go on XML can I?

As soon as the key is retrieved (and before you click liton-on erase), you get a pop up file browser to ask where you want dummy.bin saved to.

what happened to it?

This action alone wouldn't have killed the drive.

It sounds like you probed the wrong point.

I have to agree. A slip of the hand and grounding the wrong point can definitely have dire consequences. Could also be plugging in upside down though.

In the case of a spelling error, I blame Tapatalk.

I probed mx01. Jf told me key extraction was good just froze before saving. Ima bit confused cos I didn't think it would kill it, because I couldn't erase it if I wanted to as jf wouldn't recognise it after.

JF will always report that at that stage, even if it fails the next (i.e you probed the wrong point).
